The first thought falls thereby frequently on hotels, rented vacation homes or all inclusive clubs. Even though these often offer many amenities, many holidaymakers lack the individual touch and the feeling of a personal home.

Also the furnishing can be arranged according to the own conceptions. This makes it much easier to feel at home in the south as well. Gladly then instead of a few days in the year also several weeks are spent there.
Another advantage of owning a holiday home is that it is easy to rent it out if it is not being used by the owners themselves. Thus a part of the investment costs can be brought in again. Of course, it is important that the property is well located. The Spanish Altea on the Costa Blanca is a place with a good price-performance ratio that is also in demand for tourism. There, there are still price-attractive objects, while the place itself knows how to score with a good tourist offer. The nearby airport Alicante created a fast connection to Germany.
